Following a PAT Business School good luck message to Tadhg Furlong and the Irish Rugby team during the recent World Cup we received a request from one of our students, Gemma Mc Donnell – (now a qualified ACCA in October 2023!!) on social media.

The request was that it would be great if we could get an autograph from Tadhg for her son (Sonnie) – as for the last 4 years, he watched his Mum constantly study and sit her ACCA exams. Once he realised that his Mum just might be in the same class as Tadhg – then College was a pretty cool place to be!!

So at the recent PAT Business School Awards – we organised for Sonnie – not just to receive an autograph but to meet with Tadhg and receive an autographed rugby ball with his Mum.

Thank you, Tadhg and congratulations, Gemma from Mazars Ireland on successfully completing your ACCA Ireland global exams and who knows – Sonnie just might play for Ireland one day and study with PAT Business School – just like his Mum and Tadhg!!
