About the Lecturer
Michael was called to the Irish Bar in 2000 and has practiced as a Barrister for the last twenty years. He has lectured in Law for the last 15 years and has extensive lecturing experience in Corporate and Business Law.

Objective of the Syllabus
Exam Format
The ACCA LW Corporate and Business Law syllabus is assessed by a two-hour paper-based examination.
The examination consists of:
Section A – 25 x 2 mark objective test questions 50% – 20 x 1 mark objective questions 20% –
Section B – 5 x 6 mark multi-task question 30%
All questions are compulsory.
