Rasita Kalvaityte

Head of Operations

As Head of Operations at PAT, Rasita provides strategic leadership across all programme delivery and organisational operations. She oversees the end-to-end management of student support services and course administration, ensuring that every programme meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Rasita also fosters strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Before joining PAT, Rasita held senior operational and programme management roles within private third-level and further-education institutions, where she built a distinguished track record in academic administration, process optimisation, and team development. Her breadth of experience positions her to guide PAT’s growth and maintain excellence in service for students and partners alike.

Inga Saladziute

Senior Programme & Admissions Executive

Inga is a programme executive for PAT Fintech. Her main role is to manage the programme administrative support for students and assist PAT Fintech Director. Inga holds a post graduate diploma in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to taking her current role Inga held roles in management, sales and customer service. 

Katie Haughney

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at PAT Business School, Katie provides leadership across academic administration, programme delivery, and student support services. She oversees the coordination of core operational processes — including registration, examinations, and graduation — ensuring that every programme is delivered with efficiency, compliance, and a focus on quality. Katie also drives process improvement and digital transformation, strengthening systems and fostering collaboration across teams.

Before joining PAT Business School, Katie held senior administrative roles at South East Technological University, where she led cross-campus initiatives during its transition to university status, chaired GDPR compliance efforts, and contributed to governance as a member of Academic Council. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in accountancy, managing a diverse client portfolio and advising on regulatory and financial matters. Katie holds a Master of Business (First Class Honours) and a range of professional certifications in data analysis, digital marketing, coaching and mentoring, and data protection.
