This course examines the current and future application of innovative technological solutions to mitigate the compliance risk and manage the regulatory requirements of Fintech’s. In the context of the EU’s Digital Finance strategy, the course explores the emergence of innovative solutions for core compliance functions. The course specifically focuses on the adoption of digital identities, and the potential for evolving technological solutions to enhance the customer risk assessment, onboarding, and transaction monitoring throughout the AML cycle.
