services. She oversees the coordination of core operational processes \u2014 including registration, examinations, and graduation \u2014 ensuring that every programme is delivered with efficiency, compliance, and a focus on quality. Katie also drives process improvement and digital transformation, strengthening systems and fostering collaboration across teams.<\/p><p>Before joining PAT Business School, Katie held senior administrative roles at South East Technological University, where she led cross-campus initiatives during its transition to university status, chaired GDPR compliance efforts, and contributed to governance as a member of Academic Council. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in accountancy, managing a diverse client portfolio and advising on regulatory and financial matters. Katie holds a Master of Business (First Class Honours) and a range of professional certifications in data analysis, digital marketing, coaching and mentoring, and data
