Christine Nangle, BBS, FCA is the Head of the Discipline of Accounting at Technological University Dublin and is currently undertaking her PhD with University College Dublin in the area of professional scepticism and judgement in junior auditors. She has lectured in the areas of Auditing and Financial Reporting for over 15 years and is the author of the ICAI External Auditing and Assurance, Student Textbook.\u00a0<\/p>

Christine trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and subsequently worked in industry, including eight years with Coca-Cola Hellenic, where she was Head of Internal Audit and latterly Commercial Finance Manager. She is an executive committee member of the British Accounting & Finance Association (Auditing Special Interest Group).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

PAT Business School is one of the institutions recommended by our firm, and after failing the AAA exam in March 2025, I realised that my previous lecturer\u2019s teaching style didn\u2019t quite resonate with me or motivate me to stay committed. That\u2019s when Christine\u2019s approach made all the difference. Her teaching style genuinely pushed me to work harder and ultimately helped me get through this final exam.<\/p>

Christine is just a legend, she took phone calls with me to help ensure I understood the subject. Christine has a marvellous way of getting the class to interact and make it enjoyable. So much so, I think I\u2019d like to go down the road of Auditing. I think Christine\u2019s idea of having the cameras on during the lectures, at first being an awkward Irish person, felt very self-conscious, but I realise it should be mandatory in order to get the best learning experience possible.<\/p>

I would like to thank all the PAT Business School lectures and staff for helping me to succeed in my ACCA exams.<\/p>

I have passed my last ACCA exam (ACCA AAA) and I would have never done it without all the EXCELLENT lectures that I had in PAT Business School.<\/p>

The PATway is truly unique in a very positive way and I continue to apply in my daily job and remember many, if not all, of the acronyms I have learned along the way.<\/p>

I am now finished with my ACCA qualification exams and\u00a0<\/span>my last exam was with Christine Nangle, AAA (IRL).<\/span><\/p>

I have to say I fell in love with this subject under Christine’s guidance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

As a tutor, she is very knowledgeable with a wealth of real life knowledge and always managed to bring a topic to life with examples and stories from her own career. The lectures were always flying by and Christine’s support was always above and beyond. She was there for us up until the very last mile of this journey, and I am sure my success is in a big part due to her teaching. If you are contemplating sitting AAA, I would recommend Christine and PAT Business School in a heartbeat.<\/span><\/p>
